For UK or US orders we aim to deliver within 2 to 4 days.

EU customers please note:
EU orders are dispatched from the UK and we try to send with pre-paid VAT/IVA (Delivery Duty Paid).
If there is no DDP option to your region we will remove the VAT element and charge your card
for the lower amount. Your order will then be sent without duty paid, so you will then
need to pay the VAT/IVA locally in order to receive it.

For orders to all other countries, orders are shipped from the UK with zero duties paid.
You may need to pay local taxes and duties on delivery over which we have no control.
